The property is generally flat towards the county road and at the cleared site – where the woodline starts, it begins to slope down gradually. This is a very usable property with loads of potential!

Here are the directions to the property so that you can check it out: From the four-way stop in Hartville go north for about half a mile then take a right onto Highway “Z”, stay on Highway “Z” for two miles and take a right onto Highway “E”, stay on Highway “E” for about 6 miles then go left on Creek Road. Go about a mile on Creek Road and you will see the property on the left side of the road.
