This area is full of deer and wild turkey. On this tract you will find multiple spots that could be excellent for building or camping.

The photo above was taken looking south on the easement road at the east side of the property. The land is on the right in the photo. The easement road is a minimum maintenance road and as there is no one living on the road it has not been mowed/graded for quite some time. Bring your four wheel drive!
Here are the directions to the property: From Camdenton, Missouri go north on Highway 5 for about eight miles. You will cross a large bridge that goes over part of the Lake Of The Ozarks. After the bridge go about another mile and then go left (west) on Highway 7. Stay on Highway 7 for about eleven miles and then go right (north) onto Highway Z. When you see the “Dollar General” store on the left, this is where you go RIGHT onto Highway Z. Stay on Highway Z for about 2 miles and you will see the property on the right. To access the east side of the property keep going north on Highway “Z” for a few hundred more yards and then take a right onto Coffman Bend Drive. Stay on Coffman Bend Drive for about a quarter of a mile then go right onto Dodds Camp Road, which is gravel. Now go about one tenth (1/10) of a mile and you will see the start of the easement road on the right. Take the easement road down to the east side of the property. When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property. If you would like us to email you all of the maps and pictures just let us know. Feel free to go check out the property and walk all around. There may be a locked cable at the start of the easement road so please email us or give us a call and we will give you the combination for the lock. Please bear in mind that the easement road is a minimum maintenance road so bring your four wheel drive truck or suv. We did not see an approach on the west side of the property but if you are in a truck you might be able to pull right off of the highway and onto the west side of the property.
