The aerial photo above shows a small part of this huge tract. Numerous building sites with great lake views. Fantastic area for hunting and for recreation. The lake itself is directly across the road from the north side of this stunning property!

Massive 162 acre parcel with gravel road frontage, overlooking the Lake Of The Ozarks! This private tract offers multiple building sites and some sweeping lake views. This acreage is located in Camden County, Missouri and is about 15 miles northwest of Camdenton which is the county seat. The world famous Lake Of The Ozarks offers fantastic fishing, boating and recreational opportunities.
This parcel was logged several years ago and it was not at all clear cut. There appear to be thousands of medium and even large trees remaining. Here’s a great chance to get a well-located property for an excellent price.
In the aerial photo above you can see part of the property with its various topographic features. The maps and videos further down in the listing should be very helpful in “getting a feel” for this huge property.
The close up aerial map above shows how the property is situated. It is 3 separate tracts: A 102 acre tract, a 54 acre tract and a 6 acre tract.
Please refer to this interactive map for additional property views and information. Please note that the boundary lines and measurements are approximate. This interactive map is BRAND NEW for us and if you have a chance we would love to have your feedback on it. Is it awesome? Is it great? Is it confusing? We would like to know! You may have to use the “zoom” function on the right side of the map to get to the property, which is outlined in red.
Also, please note that on the interactive map it seems to work best if you click the “View Full Screen” option. Once you are in the “Full Screen” option you can select “Topo” to see a topographic map which does a good job of showing how the property is situated. We also have a “close-up” of the topo map below:
This topo map shows the layout of the property. It is a mixture of flat and sloping land, with some of it steep.
In the aerial photo above we are looking north over the property toward the lake. To the right of the photo you can see part of the meadow which is bordered by Pearson Creek.
We have numerous videos of this large tract. In our first video below, we give you a short overview of the property:

Pictured above is just one of the lake views from the property. This photo was taken from the south side of the 102 acre tract. The prime lake views would likely be from the north side of the 6 acre tract.
This map shows the 162 acres which overlooks the Lake Of The Ozarks. The street address on the map is for a home about 1/4 mile from the property, but it may be helpful to put it onto your GPS when you drive to the 162 acres.
This area is FULL of deer and wild turkey. On this tract you will find multiple spots that might be suitable for building or camping.
Normally the properties we sell are subject to our 6 basic deed assurances BUT since this area of Camden County does have zoning (because it is so close to the lake) we have not placed any of our restrictions on this property. The 102 acre portion is zoned “A1” (agricultural) which we are told is one of the least restrictive zonings. The 54 acre portion and the 6 acre portion are zoned R-1 (residential) which also allows for many uses.
Feel free to contact the county for specifics, but depending where you are located on the property you can have a site built home or cabin, a modular home or cabin or a mobile home. Part of the property can also be used as a farm for livestock, for crops, for orchards or even for a winery. Feel free to contact the Camden County Zoning Department with any specific questions about what you can do. We will certainly try to help answer any questions but generally the best information will come right from the county. They also have a good website which can be useful.
Here are the directions to the property: From Camdenton, Missouri go north on Highway 5 for about eight miles. You will cross a large bridge that goes over part of the Lake Of The Ozarks. After the bridge go about another mile and then go left (west) on Highway 7. Stay on Highway 7 for about ten miles and then go right (north) onto Highway Z. There is a “Dollar General” store on the south side of the road, which is a good landmark for where you turn north (right). Stay on Highway Z for about 2 miles then take a right onto Coffman Bend Drive. Stay on Coffman Bend Drive for half a mile then go right onto Dodds Camp Road (gravel road). Now go about a mile and when the road makes a sharp turn to the left you will actually continue going straight on the gravel lane. Follow this lane for about 200 yards and you will be on the property. Sound confusing? It probably will be on your first trip. When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property. If you would like us to email you all of the maps and pictures just let us know. Feel free to go check out the property and walk all around.
If you download the “Mapright” app (free) then we can email you the interactive map that we use in this listing. Then, you need to open the email on your phone and click on the link contained in the email. Open the link in the “MapRight” app and you will have the interactive map AND there will be a colored dot to indicate where you are. It is BY FAR the best way to view a large property, such as this one.

In the photo above we are checking out Pearson Creek on the property. It is very low in this photo. This property has thousands of feet of frontage on Pearson Creek.

In the photo above we are standing on the large meadow on the east side of the property.
We almost NEVER are able to offer tracts this large! We may potentially split the tracts and sell them separately but the price will be much higher per tract if we do that. By purchasing all three tracts you are saving well over $50,000.
