From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north for several miles and when you come to the "T" in the road take a left and begin to go down the hill. Before you get to the bottom of the hill you will see the property on the left side of the road. To get to the north side of the property, proceed to the bottom of the hill and then take a left onto the easement road. The county road will generally be in better condition than the easement road (which is a minimum maintenance road).
