The topo map above shows how the 14 acres is situated. The property borders the County Road along its entire south side and borders a private easement road along its entire north side. Access to the south side of the property is good via the county road. Access to the north side of the property is NOT good as the easement road is a minimum maintenance road and goes up a steep hill. The property slopes down as you move north off of the county road. It is the lowest in the center and it slopes back up as you move toward the north side.

Feel free to check out the property at any time (as long as it is still available). From the town of Ava, Missouri you will go east on Highway 76 for about 11 1/2 miles and then go north (left) onto County Road 126. Follow County Road 126 to the north for several miles and when the road takes a sharp right you will see the land on the left. If you plan to try to drive the easement road to the north side of the property then you should plan on bringing a four wheeler or going on foot as the easement road is not meant for a full-sized vehicle.
