Tract 2 at Fiery Fork Ridge is 10.1 acres in size. It borders the Fiery Fork Conservation Area along its entire west side (for about 250 feet). The property borders the easement road along its entire east side. The property is mostly wooded with nice timber and has an open meadow on its east side. There is a high-wire electric line running across the east side of the property.

The property is basically level on the east side. It slopes down as you move west toward the Conservation Area. The property is basically rectangular in shape. It measures about 250 feet north to south and about 1,700 feet east to west.

This 10 acre tract offers a rare chance to access a huge amount of public land. Set up your camp, cabin or home and have DIRECT access to over 1,600 additional acres of land in the Fiery Fork Conservation Area which you can use for hunting, fishing, trail riding and recreation.

 

Tract 2 has a large amount of mature timber comprised mainly of white oak and red oak trees. Please note that the timber may not be cut or sold until the property has been paid for in full (exceptions may be made for trails/building sites).

The property is basically level coming off of the road and it stays level for several hundred feet before beginning to slope down. There are multiple areas on the property that would be suitable for building, camping or hunting.

The property is located about 15 miles west of Camdenton, Missouri. The property is also with about 5 miles of the very popular Lake Of The Ozarks. The property is private and secluded (with an amazing amount of wildlife) but is also within driving distance of several nice towns.

The  reduced price on this 10 acre tract is $34,500. With $500 down the monthly payments will be $360. This is about a 15 year payment schedule and an annual interest rate of 9 3/4%. With $1,500 down the interest rate drops to 7 3/4% and the payment drops to $310 a month. With $2,500 down the interest rate drops to 6 3/4% and the payment drops to $285 a month. With $5,000 down the interest rate drops to 5 3/4% and the payment drops to $245 a month. These payments are all based on about a 15 year payment schedule.

This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). The property has a beautiful open meadow on the east side.

To get to Fiery Fork Ridge from Camdenton, Missouri go north on Highway 5 for about six miles then go west on Highway 7 for about six miles. Now go left (south) on Highway "J" for about one mile. You will see a large church on the left side of the road, this is where you turn RIGHT onto Red Gate Drive which is a gravel road. Stay on Red Gate Drive for about 1/4 mile. When Red Gate Drive curves to the left, you will continue going STRAIGHT onto the easement road (Full Gallop Lane) which serves the properties at Fiery Fork Ridge. PLEASE DO NOT continue on Red Gate Drive, as from this point on it is a private driveway.

As soon as you enter Fiery Fork Ridge and go a couple hundred feet you will see Tract 2 on the right.

If you want to go and check out the entire Fiery Fork Conservation Area, just go west on Highway 7 for about three miles then go left (south) on Grainger Lane. Or, just walk to the west side of Tract 2 and you can go directly into the Conservation Area.
