Tract 5 at Pine Grove is 5.17 acres in size and is fully surveyed. It borders the Mark Twain National Forest along its entire east side and borders County Road 421 along its entire west side. The property is all wooded with pine, oak, hickory, cedar and many other species of trees.
Please refer to our interactive map above for additional property views and information. Please note that the boundary lines and measurements are approximate. This interactive map is fairly new for us and if you have a chance we would love to have your feedback on it. Is it awesome? Is it great? Is it confusing? We would like to know!
Although it doesn’t really have it labeled on the map above, the ENTIRE east side of Tract 5 borders over 20,000 acres of National Forest giving you a lifetime supply of land for hunting, camping, fishing, trail riding, exploring and recreation!
Also, please note that on the interactive map it seems to work best if you click the “View Full Screen” option. Once you are in the “Full Screen” option you can select “Topo” to see a topographic map which does a good job of showing how the property is situated.
The topo map shows Tract 5 at Pine Grove which borders the Mark Twain National Forest for about 360 feet along its east side. The property measures about 620 feet east to west and is basically rectangular in shape.
From the county road the land rises up gradually as you go toward the east. On the topo map you can see a blue line which crosses over the northeast corner of the property. This is a “wet-weather” creek that would probably only have water in it after it has been raining.
This area is well known for large deer and turkey. The National Forest frontage means you have direct access to literally THOUSANDS of spots to hunt for that big buck!
This 5+ acre tract offers a rare chance to access a huge amount of public land. Set up your camp, cabin or home and have DIRECT access to over 20,000 additional acres of land in the Mark Twain National Forest.

If you have been looking for a nice tract of land for a while then you already know how hard it is to find acreage adjoining public land. This is one of the ONLY tracts we have ever had that has direct frontage on a County Maintained Road AND the National Forest.
There are a total of ONLY 11 tracts at Pine Grove and ONLY the tracts on the south border the National Forest. When these are gone, they’re gone…act fast!
This property is in the heart of a popular recreational area. People travel from all over the country to hunt, fish, camp and play in this area!
