The property is located about 6 miles southwest of Mountain View, Missouri and about 15 miles north of West Plains, Missouri. This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Portable buildings are permitted for camping and storage but not for a permanent residence (unless they are at least 600 square feet and permanently attached to a 600 square foot foundation).

Close-up aerial map of the property. It is about 250 feet north to south, about 1,600 feet east to west on the north side and about 1,300 feet east to west on the south side. There is a 50 foot setback from the centerline of the private drive for road and utility purposes.

To get to Whitetail Crossing from Mountain View, Missouri just go south out of town on Highway 17 for about 3 1/2 miles then go west onto County Road 2800. Go about 2 miles and when County Road 2800 takes a sharp turn to the right (north) you will go left (south) onto the private road that serves Whitetail Crossing. If it has been raining the road could be wet so a truck or suv would be better (in the rain).

If you are coming from Willow Springs (from the west) it is probably quicker to go south onto Highway "V" off of Highway 60. It will turn into County Road 2710. Go east onto County Road 2800 and proceed to the private road into Whitetail Crossing.
