The property is just a short drive from Ava, Missouri. Ava is a medium-sized town with a large Wal-Mart, lumberyard and numerous stores and restaurants. From Ava just take Highway 14 to the east for about 9 miles, then go left onto AB Highway. Go about 4 miles on AB Highway and the road will turn to gravel and you will come to a fork in the road. Go left at the fork (this is County Road 230), cross the small concrete bridge and continue for about 1/4 mile, then take your first left (this will be County Road 214). County Road 214 winds its way up the hill (fairly steep) and will take you to the north side of the property. PLEASE NOTE that this property is brand new, and our guys have not even had a chance to open up an approach off of the county road. To access the property you will need to go a few hundred feet PAST it and then enter through the old metal gate on the left side of the road. Then go back to the east for a few hundred feet and you will be on the property.
The property will have its own approach installed later this summer (and we will put a cable across it for privacy).

This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Portable buildings are permitted for camping and storage but not for a permanent residence (unless they are at least 600 square feet and permanently attached to a 600 square foot foundation).
