Map from Ava

The map above shows the route to the property from Ava, Missouri. Ava is a medium sized town with a Wal-mart, lumberyard and multiple stores and restaurants.

This tract is subject to the 6 basic restrictions as shown on our website (no mobile homes, etc.). Homes or cabins built on the property must have a minimum concrete foundation size of 600 square feet (a simple 20 X 30 cabin would meet this requirement). Bryant Creek Near Property

The photo above is Bryant Creek and was taken in the Vera Cruz Conservation Area which is just down the road from the property. A great place to fish, swim or canoe.

To get to the property from Springfield, Missouri go east on Highway 60 to the town of Mansfield. Then go south on Highway 5 to the town of Ava. From Ava, go east on Highway 14 for about 9 miles and then go left on "AB Highway". Stay on AB Higway for about 3 1/2 miles and at the bottom of the hill the Highway will turn to gravel and there will be a fork in the road. You are now in the Vera Cruz Access Area. Go left at the fork and you will cross an old concrete bridge which goes over Hunter Creek, you are now on County Road 230. Go about 1/4 mile on County Road 230 and take your first left (just past an old rock barn) onto County Road 214. County Road 214 is quite steep and it winds up a hillside. Once you get to the top of the hill and the road goes to the left and straightens out, proceed a little over 1/4 mile to the land on the left.
