This well-located parcel measures about 260' east to west and about 700' north to south. It borders County Road 3540 along its north end and County Road 2290 on its west end.

Other than the driveway and small cleared site this tract is entirely wooded. You will find oak, hickory and pine trees. There is a stand of LARGE mature pines at the northwest end of the property.
