The photo above is a close-up view of the survey map for Lot 1 at Wilderness Lake. The entire north side of the property DIRECTLY borders the Mark Twain National Forest for over 260 feet! The parcel also borders the National Forest for over 130' on the west side. You can walk or ride from your property directly into the National Forest. The south end of the property borders the easement road giving it over 120 feet of road frontage. Lot 1 is 5.0 acres in size.
Lot 1 is basically flat on the south end and slopes gently down into the National Forest as you go north. There are numerous areas that could make excellent building/camping sites with a little work.
